We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions before ordering with Little Red Dragon Crafts
Returns
Due to wedding stationey being personalised returns are only accepted where the items are faulty or not as agreed at time of ordering. If the goods you have received are faulty, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll exchange it or offer you a refund covering the goods that were sold.
All refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.
Prices.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. This will not affect any orders already placed before the increase
Photography
Please be aware that the images on the site may vary slighty to the completed items as photography can not not always show the true colours. As the Wedding Stationery is handmade they may be a slight diference between the image and the finished item.
Deposits
A non refundable deposit is required to book your place with Little Red Dragon Crafts. You will be advise of this at the time of booking.
If paying via Payment Plan no work will begin until paid in full, 50% of the order is non refundable.

Proofs
Little Red Dragon Crafts take no responsibility for mistakes made after receiving the signed confirmation of the proof from the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all details (spelling, date, time etc) are all correct at the time of ordering.
Please do not place an order if you require the items sooner then stated time of delivery unless you have contact us previously.
Little Red Dragon Crafts can not be held responsible for items that go missing or damaged in the post. Should an item go missing we will contact Royal Mail. This can only be done once the item has been missing for more than 15 days. After this time we can put in a claim to Royal Mail. We will either issue a refund (minus postage and packing) or replace the missing items
